Where does our experience come from?
We have automated online shops on Shopify and WooCommerce, from product maintenance through prices and stock into the accounts. We also run our own systems that work every day: Product data and content, Prices and promotions, Product compliance checks and core.iq Studio.
What does it cost?
Fixed price per process, instead of billing by the hour. Support is optional and can be cancelled monthly. The binding offer follows once we have looked at your processes.

If you wish, everything runs in your own account and the access stays with you. Otherwise we work as a processor under a contract governed by Swiss data protection law. Every action is in the log, and you can change provider at any time.

What does core.iq do?
core.iq is a Swiss company for AI automation, workflow automation and custom software. We automate business processes from the data source to the result in the target system and look after the solutions in day-to-day operation.
Does core.iq only work for online shops?
No. Online retail is our focus, where we automate almost the entire operation. We use the same tools in accounting, sales and CRM, customer service, documents and reporting.
Which AI models does core.iq use?
Depending on the task, Claude by Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek or Google Gemini. We choose the model per task by quality, cost and data protection requirements.
Which systems can be connected?
Shop systems such as Shopify and WooCommerce, accounting software such as bexio, CRM, warehouse and marketing tools, and almost any software with an interface, export, webhook or database access.
What does an automation cost?
We price by scope once we know your processes, and we work with a fixed price per process instead of by the hour. The binding offer follows once we have looked at your processes.
How does working together start?
With a first exchange. We clarify goals, systems and the biggest bottleneck, then recommend a suitable start, usually a clearly defined pilot project.
Where does our data run and what about data protection?
If you wish, everything runs in your own account: the access to shop, accounting and bank stays with you, we only get a support login. If we take over operation, we work as a processor under a contract governed by Swiss data protection law. Every action is in the log.
How great is the dependency on core.iq?
Low. In the model with your own account, the access and the processes belong to you, and you can change provider at any time. Even from supported operation we hand everything over into your own account on request. The monthly support can be cancelled monthly.
What happens if an automation does not run through?
It does not stop unnoticed. Faulty or unclear cases land in an exception list, repeatable steps are retried automatically, and every action is logged. In support we monitor the processes and step in before operation is affected.
