Which products does Product compliance checks review?
Food supplements, sports and dietary nutrition under Swiss food law, in particular under VNem and VLBE.
Does the review replace an assessment by the authorities?
No. The final assessment rests with the competent authorities. The review is as close to their practice as possible, documented and reasoned.
What happens when new regulations arrive?
We track the legal situation and tell you which of your products are affected. That monitoring and the notification are included in the monthly support. Rechecking the affected products costs half the product price.
What does Product compliance checks cost?
We start with a range audit that is credited against the work. After that we bill the set-up once per shop and the check per product, staged by volume. For ongoing operation either with monthly support or with no monthly fee at all, on demand.
Do we also pay for products that do not change?
No. Only what is actually checked is charged. An unchanged product costs nothing again until a change in regulation makes a recheck necessary.
What counts as one product?
An item with its own formulation and labelling, counted once per run. Flavour variants sharing the same declaration basis count as one product.
Do we need a subscription?
No. In the on demand option there is no monthly fee, but also no ongoing monitoring of the legal situation. You get in touch when something needs checking and pay by the same scale, with a minimum per job.
