Do we need technical know-how in our team?
No. You see the result directly in your systems, for example in your shop or accounting. We handle setup, operation and adjustments.
Which systems can be connected?
Almost all, as long as data access and process logic can be clearly defined: via interfaces (APIs), webhooks, exports or databases. Common examples are shop systems such as Shopify and WooCommerce, the accounting software bexio, and CRM, email and calendar systems.
Does core.iq only work for online shops?
No. Online retail is our focus because that is where we can automate almost the entire operation. We use the same tools in every company, for example for accounting, sales, customer service, documents or reporting.
